
EMEA Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Representative to drive growth and expand our presence in EMEA.
- This role involves generating qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel and ultimately generate new revenue.
- You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities and pipeline within a defined territory.
You will manage and plan your territory and outbound strategy, spending majority of your time managing multi-channel outbound prospecting to educate potential customers on what we have to offer and gain insight into their business needs.
- You will drive brand and product awareness in the DACH market through regular email and call campaigns.
- You will schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Account Executives.
- You will record prospect information in our CRM database.
Presentation skills are a must with a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting.
Requirements and Qualifications- Fluency in German and English is a must.
- 1+ year experience with sales cycles and solution-selling tactics.
- Experience using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.
- A track record of success in outbound sales/business development role is also preferred.
- Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
