The Accounts Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by managing and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate supplier accounts, and liaising with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process purchase orders through our system
  • Maintain accurate supplier accounts, including invoice processing and reconciliations
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and ensure timely payments
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and responding to emails
  • Support the team with day-to-day finance tasks and reporting
  • Help maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance admin role
  • Familiarity with purchase order systems (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Sage is beneficial, but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Positive attitude

This is a busy role that will suit a candidate with accounts admin experience and excellent attention to detail.
