Assistant Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to support our Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the site are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and contributing to achieving sales targets.
- Providing cover for the Site Director/Site Manager in their absence.
- Support the Site Manager in operating the business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and assist in driving sales to achieve targets.
- Assume responsibility for the site in the absence of the Site Director/Site Manager.
