We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary role will be to answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers via chat.

- Manage new client accounts, including setting up policies and verifying documentation.
- Update client information in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
