Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Limerick. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound sales and customer service inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and chats
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Managing client information in accordance with GDPR guidelines
- Collaborating with the marketing department to pursue leads and opportunities
- Providing outstanding customer service and driving sales growth
- Identifying and addressing customer objections to close sales
- Processing renewals and managing the renewal process
Requirements:
- Qualification in a relevant field (APA or CIP)
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in line with industry standards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of a passion for working within the insurance industry
