Job Description:

viagogo, in partnership with StubHub, is seeking a Customer Service Representative with French Fluency to join our team in Limerick. As a key contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service, handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and educate customers on self-service options.
  3. Achieve and exceed performance targets related to resolution rate, satisfaction, and response time.
  4. Stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
  5. Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
  6. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and initiative in all tasks.

Qualifications:

Salary: €27,000 per year

Work Schedule: Full-Time, including weekend shifts. In-office presence required 3 days per week for collaboration.
