Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
  2. Identify customer needs and provide immediate solutions, educating customers to navigate and self-serve when possible.
  3. Meet and exceed performance targets for resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and response time.
  4. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  5. Collaborate with teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  6. Show initiative, reliability, and punctuality in all tasks.

Position Details:

This is a full-time role, with potential weekend shifts. The role requires working in the office 3 days per week to facilitate collaboration.
