Project Coordinator - Fit Out Site Manager

You are invited to apply for this challenging opportunity as a Project Coordinator - Fit Out Site Manager, where you will oversee the internal fit out of a major multi-million construction project.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator - Fit Out Site Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all materials on site, ensuring that materials are correct and ordered on time.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience with a large main contractor, previous experience of managing large projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the internal fit out of a major multi-million construction project.
  • Management of all materials on site, ensuring accuracy and timely ordering.
  • Reporting directly to the Project Manager.
  • Ability to work to specified deadlines.
  • Maintenance of Health and Safety standards and compliance.
  • Carrying out site inspections and coordinating site meetings.
  • Facilitating communication between senior management and site teams.
  • Ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
  • Collaboration with site teams to manage and motivate staff.
  • Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fit Out / Joinery background.
  • Experience of large Fit Out projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable skills: experience on pharma projects or similar, ability to manage and motivate site teams.
