Job Title

The Programme Planning Executive is a key role in supporting the delivery of the National Concert Hall programme.

This position plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of concerts and events, working closely with promoters, artists, and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating venue rental and event scheduling, liaising with internal teams for seamless event delivery.
  • Preparing and processing contracts of hire, maintaining relationships with promoters, artists, and hirers.
  • Generating income through venue use by concert promoters, arts-aligned organisations, independent artists, and corporate clients.
  • Supporting programme production, including contracting creative teams and suppliers.
  • Advancing and producing promoted events: confirming concert details, liaising with artists' management, tour managers, and agents.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in a comparable role in an arts organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Judgement and discretion, with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Teams.
