Business Intelligence Analyst Role

The successful candidate will drive insight across multiple areas of the business, collaborating closely with product and commercial teams to improve products for customers.

  • Measure and analyze historical data, reporting on trends and insights.
  • Conduct research and analysis into primary drivers of customer experience and product performance.
  • Build and maintain reports/dashboards using various Business Intelligence tools.
  • Provide ad-hoc insights to the business, working closely with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams in the detailed analysis of large datasets.
  • Utilize web analytics data to identify customer difficulties or areas of improvement.
  • Presentation of results as management information consumable by senior management.
