About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team in County Sligo. As an integral member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cuisine and service during peak periods.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including knowledge of seasonal ingredients, menu planning, and food presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
