In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Individual Giving Manager to drive forward-thinking direct marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. Your exceptional organizational abilities, combined with your fundraising and project management expertise, will enable us to achieve our goals and further our mission.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Individual Giving Manager to conceive and execute cutting-edge direct marketing campaigns that consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept to post-campaign evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Regularly review and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Design and implement novel approaches to boost revenue across diverse channels, such as direct mail, telemarketing, and social media.
  • Create tailored donor experiences to foster enduring relationships.
  • Advocate for the optimal use of CRM systems for data-informed decision making.
  • Facilitate the efficient receipt and acknowledgment of donations.
  • Engage in fundraising events as needed.

Requirements:

To thrive in this position, you must bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or project coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for efficient data entry and analysis.
  • Knowledge of EDM campaign management using tools like Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
  • A genuine passion for social impact and fundraising, coupled with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  • A fundamental understanding of homelessness issues in Ireland is advantageous.
