Content Creation Specialist Role

The Content Creation Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging and diverse brand-aligned content across owned social media channels.

This multi-faceted role combines creative skills with social media management to build a strong online presence.

  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality and consistent content that supports customer-facing events, customer rewards, and benefits.
  • Build and nurture online communities by encouraging positive conversation and fostering a sense of connection with the brand.
  • Drive engagement and brand visibility through content creation and optimization, using analytics tools to track performance metrics.
  • Ensure content is tailored to platform best practices, ensuring tone, format, and creative assets are fit for purpose.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in content creation, photography, videography, and editing, as well as a creative mindset with significant social media expertise.

They will also have analytics and performance insight, with skill using analytics tools to interpret data and track performance metrics.

Proven ability to manage multiple content streams, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
