">Afterschool Supervisor Position Available
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the afterschool program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role involves managing a team of staff, organizing daily activities, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children.

About the Role
This is a permanent position requiring an individual with excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate must have experience in childcare and possess a minimum QQI/Fetac Level 6 qualification. A strong knowledge of childcare regulations is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the afterschool program, ensuring all activities are well-organized and executed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies and the company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and education provided to children.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and goals.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum QQI/Fetac Level 6 qualification in childcare or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong knowledge of childcare regulations and policies.
