Job Title: Franchise Excellence Leader

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead the Franchise Centre of Excellence (COE) agenda in the region. The ideal candidate will focus on building Franchise Capabilities and mitigating risk through effective Governance.

Responsibilities include:

Franchise Capability & Processes:
  • Develop the Region Franchise Agenda and Calendar of activity.
  • Coordinate Annual 9Fs assessment, track and analyse performance against 9FFs and recommend action plans for inclusion in AOP.
  • Execute the Franchise Calendar (IFC, SSA, JBP, BDA, AOP, COOP).
Franchise Community:
  • Lead Monthly Franchise Leadership Team Meeting.
  • Ensure franchise functional community and best practice sharing in region Franchise.
  • Coordinate Knowledge Sharing – provide input to IB and act as conduit for Region Business to identify appropriate BPs for Bottlers.
  • Coordinate Region attendees at Global Forums (IFC, IBC etc).
Governance:
  • Mitigate risk to PepsiCo by ensuring the Concentrate Model is not compromised through poor Governance.
  • Own the Governance calendar, ensuring all Renewals are addressed in timely manner.
  • Own the scheduling and planning of the Region Governance Council, ensuring BUs are prepared to address relevant Checkpoints using the correct materials as per Governance.
Bottler Engagement:
  • Joint Planning / Aligning the System:
    • Coordinate System Strategic Assessment (SSA) completion from Business Units.
    • Schedule Three Year Joint Planning Sessions with Top Bottlers in Region, including securing Sector Cross-Functional attendance.
    • Facilitate 3YR JP meeting so that Franchise lead can fully participate.
  • Bottler Community Inclusion:
    • Engage bottler network in PEP's agenda through strengthening ties and enhancing relationship with bottler.
    • Partner with Global Franchise in Annual Bottler Conference as agent for Region bottlers.
    • Own Region Bottler Forums (e.g. LATAM AOP, or AMESA ABC) leading and managing Regional Bottler Conference to recognize success across different business pillars (Results, Capability & Sustainability) and promote PEP's visions and plans.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for Bottler Top to Tops.
    • Align Bottler attendees for UEFA Champions League Final.
