Job Title: Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects.


">Key Responsibilities:
  • Report into the Project/Contract Manager and contribute to the development of project plans, ensuring timely and budgetary targets are met;
  • Select and coordinate subcontractors to ensure effective project execution;
  • Select plant, machinery, and equipment necessary for project completion;
  • Manage site teams, communicating and motivating staff to achieve high-quality results;
  • Liaise with the Health & Safety Team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork for reporting and actioning purposes;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings and maintaining regular communication;
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards on site;
  • Promote cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Coordinate and manage daily site meetings;
  • Attend senior management meetings and resolve any emergencies that may arise;

">Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree;
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple civil teams and projects simultaneously;
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Fantastic communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation;
  • Fully qualified driver's license;
