Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to assume a pivotal role within our organization. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing, and driving efficiency and automation.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in finance leadership, professional accounting qualifications, and excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proven track records of managing finance shared services, leading systems improvements, and finance transformations will also be highly valued.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing finance operations team, foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and monitor key performance indicators, and ensure financial operational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
  • Over 10-15 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a finance leadership role.

Strong technical skills, including ERP systems, are essential for success in this position. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks, will also be beneficial.
