Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Manager to lead our team of caregivers in providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of caregivers to ensure compliance with care plans and service standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QQI Level 5 qualification in a healthcare-related field and Level 6 certification.
  • Relevant health or social care background.
  • Caring and empathetic nature.
  • Experience within homecare or healthcare desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean driving license and own car.
