Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled Protection Services Officer to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing a professional security service, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and service users. Your key duties will include:

  • Acting as an ambassador for the company
  • Following on-site security requirements including access control and CCTV
  • Reporting any security events in the on-site log
  • Access control
  • Visitors first point of contact
  • Dealing with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required
  • Completing the on-site paperwork in a clear format
  • Liaising with management and the national call centre regarding any security issues or problems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5 year verifiable history
  • Valid PSA Static Licence
  • Valid Visa to work in Ireland (Stamp 2 Visa sufficient)
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, however training will be provided
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Customer/Client focused
  • Ability to work under pressure, make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations
  • Basic computer literacy required
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient and calm manner
