Job Description:

The Role

A leading Irish wholesaler seeks an experienced Administrator to join their team in a full-time, permanent office-based position located in Carlow.

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of the office while carrying out various administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing general administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and regular updates to databases.

* Reviewing, verifying, and amending data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all systems.

* Overseeing stock management, ensuring inventory levels are tracked and updated effectively.

* Compiling, generating, and analysing reports to provide key insights for internal teams.

* Ensuring efficient and secure storage of documents while maintaining easy access for relevant stakeholders.

* Creating and maintaining well-organised filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

* Collaborating with team members to support operational needs and taking ownership of tasks as required.

* Proactively identifying areas for process improvement to streamline administrative operations.

Requirements:

This role requires at least 1 year of experience in a busy administrative role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
