We are looking for a highly skilled Receptionist/Administrator to support our team at Boland Carlow in Carlow town. As a part-time employee, you will be working on a 6-9 month maternity cover contract.

Job Description:

  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide exceptional service.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and update records accordingly.
  • Process sales orders, utilize administrative skills, and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records, using attention to detail.
  • Prepare customer invoices, adhere to company policies.
  • Order office supplies, ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus but not necessary.
