We are looking for a highly skilled Receptionist/Administrator to support our team at Boland Carlow in Carlow town. As a part-time employee, you will be working on a 6-9 month maternity cover contract.
Job Description:
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide exceptional service.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and update records accordingly.
- Process sales orders, utilize administrative skills, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records, using attention to detail.
- Prepare customer invoices, adhere to company policies.
- Order office supplies, ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and adaptability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus but not necessary.
