We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

This role involves providing exceptional support to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring that each customer interaction is personalized and effective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior colleagues.
  • Conducting phone or email outreach to customers to finalize requests, such as collecting and processing information for repairs, refunds, or agreement sales.
  • Offering consultative support to other teams via email on relevant issues, including consumer law coverage support.
  • Managing backend investigations and transactional activities as needed.
  • Outreaching to customers to complete AC+ Sales.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to customers and negotiate where necessary. You should also have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to discern priorities from urgencies and work under tight deadlines and pressure.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with Apple Operating Systems.
  • Detailed orientation and analytical skills, with the ability to look at the bigger picture.
  • Curiosity and ambition, with a willingness to think creatively.
  • Target-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to explore additional responsibility and assist in the execution of new projects.
  • The ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
