Senior Administrator Job Description

  We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrator to provide professional support services to our team.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to the team.
  • Manage telephone calls and interact with the public in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing for sales properties – boards, photographs, brochures, newspaper adverts.
  • Prepare and produce high-quality brochures.
  • Ensure compliance on all files by accurately recording and updating information on our CRM system.
  • Support in dealing with incoming phone and email queries such as arranging viewings, surveys, buyer calls, call backs, and following up on sales.
  • Offer overall administrative support to the business.
  • Adhere to the relevant guidelines and regulations.

  Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Collaborate and build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Effectively manage workload to ensure every customer receives a professional service.
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office products.
