Job Title: Senior Nursing Manager

Frs Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nursing Manager to join our client's leadership team in Nenagh. As a key member of the management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care and supporting the nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the overall operations of the Step Down Facility
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Support and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment

Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Minimum of 7 years of post-registration nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Previous experience in a step down facility, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable
