Job DescriptionWe are a leading consultancy in the field of biodiversity conservation. Our team works on diverse projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, utilities, technology and residential. Based in Dublin, we have played a key role in some of Ireland's most significant developments over the last 15 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading the management and coordination of multiple road infrastructure projects;
- Managing teams to deliver reports, from constraints stage through to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Appropriate Assessment (AA Screening, NIS) assessments;
- Directing ecological surveys for sites around Ireland;
- Coordinating and managing ecologists' work to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects on time;
- Degree in ecology or a related biological discipline;
- Postgraduate degree highly desirable;
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM);
- Experience in ecological consultancy and working on road infrastructure projects;
- Excellent technical report writing skills;
- Knowledge of Irish and EU wildlife and planning legislation;
