Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position with 40 variable hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday.
Main Responsibilities:- To work alongside transport planners and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
- To maintain company procedures and quality service at all times.
- To liaise with customers and drivers effectively.
- To provide clear instructions/routes to drivers.
- To handle administration and reporting tasks efficiently.
- To possess good knowledge of tachographs and driver working hours (full training will be provided).
- Fluent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (other languages would be advantageous).
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Flexible and strong team player.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills are essential for this role. A performance bonus is paid on a monthly basis based on individual and team performance.
