We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our DLP platforms technical support team.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the effective operation of DLP platforms, ensuring they protect sensitive data and comply with organisational security policies.
  • You will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of technical support engineers specialising in DLP platforms.
  • Key responsibilities include timely resolution of support tickets, adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and collaborating with key stakeholders and vendors to implement new or additional DLP capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will also contribute to projects that enhance current DLP capabilities, drive adoption, and enable future growth.
  • An analytical mindset will be essential in conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
