The Business Partner RoleThe Business Partner is a critical role within the Human Resources function. This professional will partner with the Leadership Team to understand the business and translate this to HR agenda on site.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Partner with People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Performance Management: Guide and support managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Training and Development: Work with HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs for our manufacturing site.
- Compensation and Benefits: Support the annual review process for our manufacturing site.
- Compliance: Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within the industry.
Skills and Competencies- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
The Business Partner will work at a growing manufacturing facility. This role requires a high level of interaction with employees and management, both in-person and through virtual communication platforms.
