Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

The role of the Strategic HR Business Partner is crucial in driving business outcomes through effective Human Resources initiatives. This professional will partner with leadership to understand the organization's needs and develop targeted HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with people managers and leaders to identify talent gaps and design recruitment plans.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Participate in interview panels, providing valuable insights and recommendations for candidate selection.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and resolve conflicts.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment and culture, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Performance Management

  • Guide and support people managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain key talent.

Training and Development

  • Work with regional HR and L&D teams to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs.
  • Support the development of employees through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the industry.
  • Proven expertise in various HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
