
HR Strategic Partner

Human resource business partners play a pivotal role in ensuring that organizations have effective systems and processes in place to drive business success. They work closely with various stakeholders to deliver people management strategies aligned with the overall strategic aims and objectives of the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with the HR department and site departments to develop and implement people management strategies that support the organization's overall strategy.
- Support HR managers with staffing decisions, assessing needs and objectives, identifying suitable knowledge/skills/abilities, and involvement in the recruitment & selection process.
- Design, develop, and implement employee engagement programs and HR initiatives related to the organization's HR strategy.
- Provide guidance and counseling to managers and employees on employee relations, employee discipline, and performance.
- Ensure adherence to local/national, European, and corporate HR policies, procedures, and laws by working closely with respective department managers.
- Investigate and manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with the organization's disciplinary procedure.
- Develop leadership training programs to enhance the skills and abilities of leaders within the organization.
- Run quarterly leadership forums and HR clinics at the site to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Develop and coordinate a communication program for harmonious employee relations.
- Lead the performance management process for the respective site, ensuring all divisional due dates are met.
- Ensure all applicable legal requirements are met and work closely with Legal counsel on situations posing a litigation risk or other liability.
- Proactively identify potential employee initiatives through regular participation in functional management and employee meetings.
- Conduct employee training on HR-related areas.
- Work closely with the HR Central team and site leaders to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
Requirements include Level 7/8 in Business Studies or relevant discipline and CIPD Membership. 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist with a strong understanding of core HR policies & procedures and experience managing employee relations issues is essential.
