Job Title: HR Business Partner

The Human Resource Business Partner will play a vital role in supporting the team's expertise across all facets of HR operations. This includes policy advisory, employee relations management, HR systems maintenance, and learning and development.

Responsibilities
  • Act as trusted consultant to managers on all employee relations, grievance, and disciplinary issues by providing a professional and credible HR service.
  • Provide expert HR advice to Line Managers and employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle, ensuring advice is legally compliant and in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Support employee relations and internal communications activities.
  • Align and implement policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the HR Information System across the organisation.
  • Analyse data from the HR Information system as required.
  • Undertake projects relating to a range of HR disciplines as assigned by the Group Director of Human Resources.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to support the achievement of our talent acquisition plans nationwide.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of internal training and development of colleagues.
  • Liaise with payroll as required.
  • Produce accurate and professional correspondence, policy documents, etc., as required.
  • Maintain HR record systems to ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Deputise for the Group Director of Human Resources as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a third-level qualification in a relevant area such as Human Resource Management, Business, or Law.
  • A minimum of 3 years' working experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within the past 5 years.
  • Strong demonstrable understanding of current and imminent Irish Employment Law.
  • Experience of management and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Highly IT competent in all aspects of Microsoft 365.
