We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

About the Role:

The Culinary Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals in providing outstanding food and beverage services to our guests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure full adherence to hygiene and safety standards in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.
  2. Support the kitchen operations for the property, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  3. Lead by example in excellent food presentation and service, ensuring that all dishes meet high quality standards.
  4. Assist in the training of existing and new staff in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Management in the compilation of creative and innovative menus.
  6. Manage all kitchen operations, including stock control, HACCP, ordering, and GP.
