Human Resources Business Development Professional

The role of Human Resources Business Partner involves providing comprehensive support to designated departments, encompassing a wide range of human resource issues. This includes experience in a relevant Health Care Human Resources Department, significant experience of managing recruitment, HR legislation, implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing an advisory service.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer human resources advice and support to Managers and Employees of designated departments.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of an efficient Corporate HR Service.
- Manage the recruitment process.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Provide a comprehensive HR advisory service.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resource Generalist/Operational role.
- Experience in a relevant Health Care Human Resources Department is desirable.
- Significant experience of managing recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of HR legislation, policy implementation, and advisory services.
- Excellent business partnering skills, communication, and IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
