We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior Business Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to make a meaningful impact in the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have expertise in human resources policies and procedures, comprehensive knowledge of current HR legislation and employment standards, strong business acumen, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing people strategy with senior leaders to drive outcomes in employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, culture, change management, and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring support to senior leaders within the functional group.
  • Collaborating with leaders to develop and monitor career path plans for employees, including compensation plans and performance goals.
Requirements
  • At least 5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with several years in a senior capacity, ideally within the technology or high-growth sector.
  • Proficiency in English and one or more additional languages: French, Portuguese, or Italian.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is an asset.

Able to work well under pressure, respond to fast-changing priorities and deadlines, and possess strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through to completion. Proficient in using software programs, including Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
