Job Description:

This role oversees all operational and maintenance aspects within a designated area of responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with site stakeholders, ensuring effective team management, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with site personnel, clients, and engineers.
  • Coordinate work activities of a multi-skilled team of technicians to ensure efficient plant operations.
  • Implement and execute agreed-upon preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure maintenance personnel are proficient in equipment maintenance and operation.
  • Comply with approved maintenance procedures and policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years' industrial experience in operations, engineering, project management, and validation within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs for various plant equipment types.
  • Experience with pumps, HVAC systems, air compressors, steam boilers, and related services.
