We are seeking a diligent and organized Clinic Administrator to join our team.

This role is responsible for providing administration support to the Director of Services, extending to the entire department as directed.

The successful candidate will be required to coordinate clinical appointments, create and maintain central files, and manage complex diaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to the Director of Services.
  • Coordinating clinical appointments.
  • Creating and maintaining central files.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in IT systems.
  • Dealing with correspondence, email, calls, and reporting.
