Innovative Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Product Design/Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for pioneering innovative product designs that meet the evolving needs of our customers while adhering to sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cutting-edge products from concept to production, focusing on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights and feedback, translating them into innovative design specifications that meet customer expectations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate new product ideas, prioritizing sustainable materials and manufacturing processes.
- Create detailed design documentation, including specifications, schematics, and prototypes that reflect our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
- Test and evaluate prototypes, making necessary adjustments based on performance data and sales feedback, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in product design and development, with a focus on innovation and sustainable design solutions.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for eco-friendly design and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with sales teams and management.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a commitment to environmentally responsible design.
