Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented People Insights Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and communication, with a passion for leveraging analytics to drive business outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy analytics products that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing and presenting comprehensive analysis to influence decision-making, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and contributing valuable insights to improve evolving processes and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in management consulting or analytics domains, with a strong understanding of data architecture, design, development, and QA/QC processes. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
