Job Title: Spa Wellness Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Spa Wellness Director to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all wellness activities and treatments within the hotel facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all wellness activities and treatments within the hotel facilities.
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional customer service, treatments, and care which enhance their experience.
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Lead a team of therapists and support staff to ensure they are trained to industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Spa Manager/Director is essential for this role.
  • Customer-oriented with a holistic and wellness approach to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to oversee and manage all activities, treatments, and facilities within the spa and hotel.
  • Experience in leading a team within a 4/5-star hotel spa is essential.
  • Ability to develop business and products that offer the highest standard to customers.
  • Oversee training and mentorship to ensure all therapists are trained to industry standards.
