Job Description

Our transport infrastructure team has a challenging opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to work on the design and delivery of roads, rail, greenways, and active travel projects.

This is a hybrid role with offices available in various locations across Ireland and the UK.

About The Transport Infrastructure Business

We provide technical and advisory services across the entire project lifecycle and have worked on many successful transport projects in Ireland and the UK.

We have routed, designed, and supervised the construction of over 400km of Irish roads and motorways, focusing on sustainable transport solutions.

About The Role

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for preparing designs and reports at all project stages, ensuring compliance with quality and management procedures, and collaborating with clients and design teams for project delivery.

  • Prepare detailed project designs and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in designing transport projects, including roads, rail, and public transport systems.

Minimum 6 years' experience in design and construction phases.

Knowledge of Irish and UK standards (NTA, TII).

Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant software.

A Level 8 honours degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
