Enterprise Credit Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Credit Director to lead our high-performing team based in Dublin. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the Enterprise strategy to acquire and manage large-scale customers.

  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience underwriting and structuring complex financial transactions, as well as strong leadership skills to build and motivate high-performing teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in credit, lending, or financial analysis in fintech, financial services, or venture capital.
  • Extensive experience underwriting and structuring complex financial transactions.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
