About the Role:

Drive strategic growth and lead a high-performing team based in Dublin, fostering a culture of excellence. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, team development, and customer acquisition.

  • Foster deep understanding of credit, risk, and financial analysis to drive business growth.
  • Oversee underwriting and structuring of financing solutions for large-scale customers, managing credit risk to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, lenders, and internal teams, to drive seamless execution and business growth.
  • Provide strategic reporting and risk analysis to senior leadership and lenders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in credit policies, processes, and underwriting models, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment on enterprise processes and risk appetite by engaging with Capital Markets and Portfolio Management.
  • Act as a key contributor to product and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance offerings for large-scale customers.
  • Partner with the Collections department to proactively manage material accounts, implementing strategies to maximize recovery and minimize losses.
