Senior Credit Strategist Opportunity

The role of Senior Credit Strategist is a high-impact position that will lead and build a high-performing team based in Dublin.

About the Role

This key leadership position is responsible for developing and executing a strategic approach to acquire and manage large-scale customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit, lending, or financial analysis in fintech, financial services, or venture capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a credit strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Hire, mentor, and develop team members
  • Manage credit risk
  • Establish relationships with customers, lenders, and internal teams
  • Provide strategic reporting and risk analysis to senior leadership

What We Look For

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in credit, lending, or financial analysis in fintech, financial services, or venture capital
  • Extensive experience underwriting and structuring complex financial transactions
  • Deep experience in structuring lending products
  • Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit analysis abilities
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset
