We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Front Office Manager. This individual will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm and efficient welcome during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SOPs and Standards Implementation: Develop, implement, and train staff on standard operating procedures and hotel standards to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Guest Experience Enhancement: Oversee arrival and departure procedures to guarantee a positive guest experience.
  • Reservation Management: Handle reservations calls efficiently, providing exceptional guest care.
  • Meetings and Communication: Participate in morning stand-ups and weekly Head of Department meetings to discuss departmental matters and enhance communication.
  • Room Allocation and Liaison: Coordinate room allocation with the Accommodation department to ensure timely availability.
  • Hotel Promotion: Promote the hotel, its outlets, and local activities to guests to increase revenue and satisfaction.
  • Department Administration: Maintain organized filing systems and administer tasks within the department.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop new team members to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager is essential, along with working knowledge of Front Office Systems, preferably Opera.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
  • Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to succeed in this role.
