We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our front desk team and provide a warm welcome for every guest.

About the Role:

  1. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Prepare, implement, and train staff on SOPs to maintain high-quality service.
  2. Guest Experience: Ensure arrival and departure procedures are followed to guarantee a positive experience.
  3. Reservations: Manage reservations calls efficiently and deliver exceptional guest care.
  4. Meetings: Attend regular meetings to stay informed and discuss departmental matters.
  5. Room Allocation: Oversee room allocation and coordinate with Accommodation to ensure timely availability.
  6. Promotion: Promote the hotel, its outlets, and local activities to all guests.
  7. Filing and Administration: Maintain organized filing and administration within the department.
  8. Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new team members to support the front office team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Front Office Systems, preferably Opera, is required.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills are necessary.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required.
