Job Title: Culinary Professional
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced and adaptable culinary professional to join our team in Donegal. This is a temporary opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality food.
Main Responsibilities- Preparing and cooking meals according to set menus and client standards
- Maintaining food quality and presentation throughout service
- FOLLOWING all HACCP and food safety guidelines
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas
- Working collaboratively with the existing kitchen team
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen prep as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a chef in high-volume or fast-paced kitchens
- Strong cooking skills and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work different shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive, can-do attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be currently living in Ireland and eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
- Own car is required due to lack of public transport to the venue
