About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled structural formulation specialist to lead our team in delivering innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and analysis of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures adhering to relevant codes and standards.
- Design and development of foundations and geotechnical structures.
- Effective utilisation of advanced engineering software including Statica, Axis VM FEM Modelling, and Tekla Tedds.
- Preparation of detailed technical reports, material specifications, and coordination with other disciplines.
- Development of accurate design calculations and liaison with CAD teams.
- Site inspections, meetings, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Minimum MEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering or equivalent degree.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience, aiming for IStructE chartership.
- Excellent communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
Professional membership fee coverage and a dynamic collaborative environment await the successful candidate.
Compensation Package:Up to €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and social events.
