Job Opportunity

The position of Account Executive is pivotal in driving revenue expansion while fostering relationships.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

  • Deliver engaging experiences with existing clients to develop and maintain their relationships, while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through the exploration of additional use cases.
  • Qualify sales prospects based on established metrics and success criteria, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Communicate Docusign's value proposition as part of a comprehensive business solution, linking its benefits to key client issues.
  • Expand the scope of Docusign's offerings beyond initial implementation, actively seeking new business opportunities by presenting, recommending, and upselling new products, services, and partner solutions.
  • Process customer orders and facilitate their onboarding process.
  • Address customer inquiries related to engagement with other Docusign resources, such as professional services, training, product management, and marketing.
  • Promote customers' participation in Docusign events and encourage them to share their experiences with peers.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and analysis as needed for management.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Docusign's products and services.
  • Ensure up-to-date account information, leads, and follow-ups are accurately recorded in the CRM database.
  • Act as a champion of customer loyalty, serving as an internal advocate and escalation point for clients.
