Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership and support to our manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business objectives and contributing to the development of a world-class manufacturing group.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Apply a prioritized approach in Value Centered Engineering to achieve key opportunities in quality, service, and cost.
    • Collaborate with engineering leaders to deliver business-critical projects.
    • Assist in the development of a proficient manufacturing group that excels in process improvement and problem-solving using Six-Sigma tools.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Level 8 degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
    • Proven project management skills through the delivery of business-critical projects.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
