Senior Electrical Engineers required for mission-critical projects in Dublin and across the EU.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our delivery team, supporting large-scale data center projects. This role involves hands-on electrical engineering tasks, ensuring installation and commissioning meet the highest technical and safety standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex facilities under construction, delivering hyperscale and colocation projects.

  • Carry out and oversee on-site electrical installations.
  • Perform detailed electrical engineering tasks including cable pulling, termination, testing, and panel works.
  • Supervise and mentor electrical teams and subcontractors during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Ensure electrical systems (LV/MV/HV, UPS, generators, switchgear, BMS, fire alarm, and critical power) are installed to project specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers, commissioning teams, and QA/QC to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform hands-on corrective work as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and client-specific requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance during FAT, SAT, and commissioning stages.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent trade qualification.
  • Minimum 5+ years' electrical experience, with at least 2-3 years in data center or mission-critical environments, at least one completed project.
  • Proven track record in on-site electrical installation and commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of LV, MV, and HV systems, UPS, generators, and critical facility infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with MEP coordination and large-scale construction environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications and translate into on-site works.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to direct teams and subcontractors.
